Construction of the first phase of the family houses in the Na Pramenech residential project is successfully continuing despite the current crisis. Clients remain interested and viewings are still taking place.
Once finished, the modern Na Pramenech residential project will consist of 77 terraced houses. “Recently, we’ve noticed an increased demand for houses with their own garden in the medium price category. Clients who prefer new build houses are aware that the current situation is likely to exacerbate the insufficient amount of newly built residential projects in Prague,” commented Jana Volavková, real estate agent at Svoboda & Williams. The Na Pramenech residential project is being developed by the respected bdp development company.
As part of the first phase of the Na Pramenech residential project, 18 two-story family houses with a garden and a garage are being built. In April, the ceilings of the first floors were completed and windows started to be installed. The second phase began to be implemented simultaneously with the construction of the first phase and those houses will go on sale in the near future. New homeowners who purchased houses from the first phase won’t have to live next to a construction site after they have moved in. Since the sale of houses in the Na Pramenech project began while construction was at an advanced stage, clients will not be buying a house that only exists on paper, but can go see it in person. A show home will also be ready for viewing in a few months.
The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has been exclusively retained to mediate the sale of houses in the Na Pramenech project.
