About the project
The new Na Pramenech residential project will offer 77 timeless family houses construced in four phases surrounded by a landscaped green belt. The entire complex will be accentuated with plenty of greenery, a textured grassy terrain will separate it from the surrounding streets. Its clean lines and the high standard of its equipment and facilities correspond to current high housing demands, which undoubtedly also include the hassle-free reach of services in the immediate vicinity, including a kindergarten and playground in the complex.

Location

Among the advantages of the Na Pramenech project are shopping opportunities in 2 large shopping centers, a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and good connections with the city center, which will be simplified after the introduction of a trolleybus line connecting Letňany with Palmovka. Within easy reach are kindergartens and elementary schools or a high school, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a bike path, a skate park, or a multifunctional sports center. Families with children will surely spend many pleasant moments in the nearby Ďáblice Grove or Letňany forest park.

Houses

The construction of the project will be divided into four phases. In the first phase, which is currently on sale, there are 18 houses with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom layouts and floor areas ranging from 130 to 174 sq. m. Each house has access through French windows to a garden terrace, and additional comfort is provided by a one-car garage and 1-2 outdoor parking spaces.
The house will be handed over with fully finished final surfaces, but without a kitchen. The standard includes wooden three-layer floors, ceramic large-format tiles, plastic windows with microventilation, insulated triple-glazed panes, and a preparation for window blinds, Laufen, Hansgrohe, Roltechnik, and Tece sanitary ware, and a preparation for an electrical security alarm. Heating and hot water will be provided by a gas condensing boiler with a retention tank.
