The Barrandez-vous project, set in a traditional district that is easily accessible from the city center, is a timeless residential complex consisting of two buildings with plenty of greenery and large-format windows. The name of the project is a combination of the neighborhood's name and the French term for romantic meetings, which will be encouraged by its own 7,200 sq. m. park designed by the renowned Flera landscaping studio.
Completion is scheduled for Q4 of 2022.
The deposit for the future purchase contract is only 10% of the purchase price of the apartment.

About the project
The space between two organically shaped buildings will be filled with a park with trees, flowers, and ornamental grasses designed by the Flera garden studio; there will be a cafe, a sitting area, a relaxation corner, and a running track. The project will create a total of 169 airy and bright units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom apartments. Some will have their own garden, loggia, or green rooftop terrace.

Location

An important residential area with buildings from the 1930s and large apartment buildings from the 1980s, it has a full-fledged infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity of the project, there are kindergartens and elementary schools, supermarkets, a post office, a drugstore, a restaurant, a clinic, a pharmacy, and ATMs. It is easily accessible—the Smíchovské nádraží metro station is about 15 minutes away, there is a direct tram connection to the city center, and easy access by car to the Prague Ring Road. The district is surrounded by large nature parks with many natural monuments, for instance the Prokopské and Dalejské valleys on the one hand and the Radotín-Chuchelský grove on the other.

Apartments

The units, with floor areas from approx. 30 sq. m. to 126 sq. m., will be completed to a high standard, which includes large windows, wooden three-layer floors (choice between 3 decors), wooden plank surfaces on the terraces, large-format tiles, designer sanitary ware by the leading manufacturers, security entrance doors, and interior doors in several color options to select from. Panel heaters combined with floor convectors will be connected to district heating. A garage parking space and cellar can be purchased if needed (not a condition of the sale).
