A short distance from the building is a railway station with connections to the city center (Masaryk Railway Station) and a bus stop from where you can reach the Černý Most metro station. By car, it is possible to quickly reach the Letňany and Černý Most shopping areas or connect to the Prague Ring Road and the D10 highway. A kindergarten and elementary school, medical services, post office, shops, and a multi-purpose sports complex are nearby, while the Arborka forest park, the Rádiovka orchards, the Bažantnice natural monument in Satalice, and Vinořský Park make the area even more pleasant.
