Log cabin

This unique rustic property with two buildings has an enchanting genius loci. The extensively reconstructed picturesque log cabin is located in a pleasant village in the heart of the Beskydy Mountains. The property is suitable as a business or for housing purposes.

The interior of the log cabin consists of three rooms; access to two of the rooms is from the entrance hall. The larger one has a stove and leads to another room. The wooden staircase in the hallway leads to the attic, which is suitable for creating at least two bedrooms. A cottage with a separate building with a room ready for a kitchen and a toilet to be installed will create a corner area for pleasant sitting. Between the buildings is a generous courtyard with an ornamental rock garden.

The roof is shingled, and exposed beam ceilings and a period fireplace add to the atmosphere of this cozy property. Floors are wooden and granite. Heating is provided by a heat pump supplemented by underfloor heating. The water source is the own water well; the house is connected to the public sewerage system. Parking is possible directly on the property and in a nearby parking lot.

The period log cabin, including a separate kitchen with a covered sitting area, has great investment potential due to its strategic and touristic location. Transport connections are possible by bus and by train directly to the village. In the immediate vicinity, in addition to the town's full civic amenities, there is a swimming pond and two ski slopes. The nearby Smrk peak or Lysá Mountain, the queen of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains, are perfect active relaxation in nature.
