The entry level of the house consists of a living area, kitchen, and dining room. The ground floor continues with a generous night area with a master bedroom complete with a walk-in wardrobe, 2 smaller bedrooms (e.g. children's rooms), and an additional room suitable as a guest room or study. The basement of the house provides space for tool and garden supplies storage, food and seasonal items storage, a wellness area (with space for a sauna and a Jacuzzi) and a fitness zone also usable as a lounge. The house can be used for multi-generational living—2 rooms on the lowest floor (currently planned as storage) can be turned into living rooms.
