The log cabin, built in the early 1980s, consists of two above-ground floors. The ground floor includes a living room, a kitchen with original wood- or coal-fired cooking stoves, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a pantry, an entrance hall, a woodshed, and a storage room for tools. Beneath the staircase leading to the upper floor is a cellar with a water heater. The upper floor features a master bedroom with storage space and a second, smaller bedroom. A garden shed (approx. 3 x 2 m²) also belongs to the property. Parking for 3 to 5 cars is available directly on the plot.

The cabin has been continually maintenance and modernized—a new roof was installed in 2010; windows were replaced in 2018; and the exterior was repainted in 2023. Heating is provided by an electric boiler with the option of supplementing with a fireplace. Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater. The property is connected to the municipal water supply, and wastewater is routed to a cesspool with a soakaway. The plot features many mature trees, offering pleasant privacy and serving as a source of firewood.

The mountain hamlet of Nové Město near Jáchymov is located in the heart of the beautiful Ore Mountains countryside. The location is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts—about 50 meters from the cabin is a cross-country ski trail connecting the Eduard ski resort to the Ore Mountains Ski Trail. Downhill ski slopes are just a few kilometers away. The area is also attractive in summer and off-season, offering something for hikers, cyclists, families with children, and even mushroom pickers alike.
