The right part consists of a living area with an entrance hall with space for a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, and two separate bedrooms. Both the living room and the main hallway have access to a generous terrace. Between the interior and terrace is a glazed wall that can be fully opened.
