On the ground floor of the main building is a separate kitchen, a living room, and a spacious bathroom; in the attic are 3 rooms and a small bathroom. There is also a closet and utility room accessible by a separate entrance from the outside.

The complete reconstruction of the house took place approx. 15 years ago. In addition to the main house, there is also a garage with a workshop, a sitting area by a fireplace, and a terrace with a pool heated by a heat pump. The house is heated by a fireplace stove and an electric boiler; water is from its own water well, and waste is diverted to a septic tank.

The village is surrounded by a nice undulating landscape with ponds, forests, and fields, interwoven with hiking and bike trails. The dominant feature of the region is a castle with a beautiful park in Vrchotové Janovice, closely associated with Sidonie Nádherna. The Monínec ski slope and the Konopiště Golf & Spa Resort are within driving distance. There is a bus stop in the village, and the trip to Benešov and its full range of amenities takes less than half an hour. Driving from Prague takes about 45 minutes and the commute will be even shorter after the completion of the D3 highway.
