The plot is located in a zone for orchards, vineyards, and gardens. According to the new metropolitan plan, the entire area should be buildable (up to 4-story buildings), but currently only the reconstruction of the house is possible, not its extension or the construction of a new one. In 2007, gas was brought to the property, and the electrical wiring on the lower floor of the house was replaced. The plot is accessible by car.
The family house from the 1980s is in a condition intended for complete reconstruction. The ground floor currently consists of a kitchen, 1 room, a utility room, a toilet, and a shower room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and access to the northeast-facing terrace and attic.

The location offers good transport accessibility and plenty of greenery; the former Labuťka emergency colony and the historic old Prosek development create a unique atmosphere. There is a bus stop right next to the house from where you can reach the Palmovka metro station (line B) in 3 minutes, and a tram stop with connections to the city center or to the Kobylisy metro station (line C) is a few minutess' walk from the house. A grocery store, cafe, restaurant, kindergarten, or the private PORG high school are nearby. A forest park with trails to a bobsleigh track begins a short distance from the house, and you can also walk to Podvinní Park.
