This corner and easily accessible plot of land with mature fruit trees is situated in a beautiful place near the Central Bohemia Nature Park, in the village of Březová-Oleško, within easy driving distance of Prague.

The land is very slightly sloping (3-7°slope). Currently, there is a ground-floor cottage without a basement (a rebuilt former garage) without electricity, suitable for demolition. Old untreated fruit trees grow in the garden: cherries, apple trees, plum, and walnut. The plot is fenced with wire mesh on concrete columns.

The village is surrounded by a breathtaking landscape with deep, mostly oak-hornbeam forests, former fortifications, and lookout points over steep slopes near the confluence of the Sázava and Vltava rivers.
