This large flat plot of land with an area of 9,776 sq. m. is located in a well-accessible place on the western edge of Prague near the airport, in a buildable area outside of the village of Horoměřice.

This plot of land is managed as an orchard. There are utility networks at the edge of the plot. The municipality is currently without a valid zoning plan, with the proviso that, according to new planning and information from the building authority, the area is buildable. The area is located right by a road, next to a supermarket, a suburban bus stop, and less than 10 km from Vaclav Havel Prague International Airport and 1 km from the outskirts of Prague. There is a car service, a new large garden center, the headquarters of a large bookstore, a gas station, or the CIS complex on nearby plots.
