The Barrandez-vous project, set in a traditional district that is easily accessible from the city center, is a timeless residential complex consisting of two buildings with plenty of greenery and large-format windows. The name of the project is a combination of the neighborhood's name and the French term for romantic meetings, which is encouraged by its own park designed by the renowned Flera landscaping studio.
About the Project The space between two organically shaped buildings is filled with a park with trees, flowers, and ornamental grasses designed by the Flera garden studio; there will be a cafe, a sitting area, a relaxation corner, and a running track. Location An important residential area with buildings from the 1930s and large apartment buildings from the 1980s, it has a full-fledged infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity of the project, there are kindergartens and elementary schools, supermarkets, a post office, a drugstore, a restaurant, a clinic, a pharmacy, and ATMs. It is easily accessible—the Smíchovské nádraží metro station is about 15 minutes away, there is a direct tram connection to the city center, and easy access by car to the Prague Ring Road. The district is surrounded by large nature parks with many natural monuments, for instance the Prokopské and Dalejské valleys on the one hand and the Radotín-Chuchelský grove on the other.
