The southwest-facing plots of land are located in a slightly sloping terrain on the edge of the Okolí Okoře and Budče nature parks and are part of a new residential development.

About the plots
The project is intended for family living. The size of the plots varies from 800 sq. m. to 2,784 sq. m. All plots have water, electricity, and gas connections. The built-up coefficient limit is 30%; the maximum built-up area is 300 sq. m. A family house with up to two floors + an attic (or a receding floor) can be built on each plot. An asphalt road leads to the land, including public lighting.

Location
The complex is located on the outskirts of Minice in the town of Kralupy nad Vltavou, right next to a nature park, thanks to which no other buildings will be built in the vicinity. At the same time, it ensures sufficient privacy and peace. The city offers an excellent infrastructure and convenient connections to Prague by car and public transport. The city center with everything you need is 2 kilometers away from the property. The location stands out for its many natural and historical monuments, and the surrounding nature is ideal for sports activities and hikes.
