Sokol Libus Sports Club

The Sokol Libus Sports Club has been offering a wide array of sports activities for all age groups for almost a hundred years. It is no coincidence that this sports facility recently received an award for the most active Sokol sports club in the category of preschoolers.

Dedicated mostly to children are the general physical education classes which are divided into various age categories of children and teenagers from 4 to 15 years of age. The instructors of the Libus Sokol aim at nurturing a positive attitude regarding sports and so their goal is to prepare activities for the children which are both beneficial and fun. Therefore the Sokol Libus sports club offers special theme exercises for preschoolers, such as, for example Halloween exercises in masks or treasure hunt afternoons.

For the adults the Sokol Libus offers mainly volleyball classes, either recreational or professional. Also featured are health gymnastics, fit-ball exercise, aerobics and general gymnastics for women. The members can also participate in other sports activities such as swimming or hiking. To become a member of the Libus Sokol, you need to pay a yearly fee of 300 CZK with a discounted fare of 100 CZK for seniors and children up to 18 years of age.
