Surrounded on two sides by a garden, the home is situated in the very center of the spa town of Poděbrady, close to the Labe riverbank, the main square and the colonnade. Poděbrady is located 50 km east of Prague, the Prague center can be reached in 30 minutes from the edge of the town.
