Newly reconstructed 4-bedroom 3-bathroom villa, in 1898 adapted from a Baroque barn into a family house by a leading Czech architect Josef Fanta, one of the most prominent representatives of Czech Art Nouveau architecture. Surrounded on two sides by a garden, the home is situated in the very center of the spa town of Poděbrady, close to the Labe riverbank, the main square and the colonnade. Poděbrady is located 50 km east of Prague, the Prague center can be reached in 30 minutes from the edge of the town. The villa underwent a meticulous renovation with great emphasis on preserving the original details.
