This new two-story family house (half of a semi-detached house) with 2 covered parking spaces and a southwest-facing garden is located in the town of Hostomice, in the vicinity of the Hřebeny Nature Park and the protected landscape areas of Český Kras, Brdy, and Křivoklátsko. The house will be completed within 12 months of receiving the building permit and after signing the construction contract.

According to the project, the ground floor will consist of a living area with a dining room and a preparation for a kitchen, an entrance hall, a utility room with a toilet, a laundry room, and a closet. The living room will have access to a future garden terrace. Upstairs, there will be 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway with a staircase.

The house will be made of aerated concrete blocks, the wall between the buildings will meet acoustic standards. Thin-layer plaster interior masonry partitions will be painted or lined with ceramic tiles. The staircase will have a wooden surface. Facilities will include sanitary ware (bathtub incl. a faucet and shower set, a wall-hung toilet, sinks incl. faucets), insulated double-glazed plastic windows, and a preparation for the fireplace. The developer will make available several types of floors and wall tiles to choose from. Heating will be provided by a gas boiler with a DHW tank and a chimney. Parking for 2 cars under a carport near the house. The garden will also include a shed for garden furniture.

Hostomice, located in the valley below the Brdy Hills, was declared a town by Charles VI. Transport connections with the surrounding towns are provided by trains and buses, and it is easily accessible by car thanks to the proximity of the D4 and D5 highway exits. There is a kindergarten and elementary school, a grocery store, a post office, a library, a pharmacy, a local brewery, or a gas station in town. The beautiful surroundings offer a practically inexhaustible number of hiking trails that lead, for example, to a former military zone, through Hřebeny Nature Park, the deep Křivoklát forests, or the Czech Karst.
