The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchen and access to a covered terrace with a fireplace, another room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, a separate toilet, a hallway, and a porch. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with a shower and toilet).

The original part of the wooden house dates from about 1900, the brick part was added in 2003, in 2015 it was reconstructed. All utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewerage) are installed in the house and there is a water well and a rainwater retention tank on the plot. The 6 x 3 m pool has a counter-current system and a sliding cover. Parking is possible on the plot.

A pleasantly quiet location adjacent to the Bělohradská Bažantnice Natural Monument, within a ten-minute walk of a kindergarten and elementary school, grocery store, ATM, pharmacy, and bus station.
