The boutique George residence is an energy-efficient, high-quality new building. Its architectural style consists of a gable roof, a foundation wall made of natural quartzite stone, and a facade with Siberian larch cladding. The building thus naturally blends into the local landscape, while its modern technologies ensure minimal energy costs (the building meets the parameters of class A energy). Owners can enjoy a pleasant comfortable home here. The common areas include a sauna with a relaxation area, a ski storage room, a children's playground, and a gazebo with a seating area ideal for a neighborly barbecue night. An electric car charger is available in the outdoor parking lot.

Apartments
The residence consists of eight units: 1 studio apartment with a gallery, 1 1-bedroom apartment, 4 units in the most popular 2-bedroom layout, and 2 spacious 3-bedroom family apartments with bonus space in the form of a 60-meter front garden. The 2-bedroom apartments are extended by loggias providing pleasant views of Klínovec, and the apartments with smaller layouts showcase a clever use of space. Unit sizes range from approx. 47 m² to approx. 82 m². Facilities include a designer bathroom, German waterproof Classen laminate floors, Italian Marazzi tiles, high-quality plastic windows with triple glazing, fire-resistant entrance doors, or central heating with an automatic wood pellet boiler. Location
The apartment house stands on the edge of the picturesque town of Kovářská, next to a year-round maintained road. The town center is home to all the necessary amenities, including restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. A bike path passes right by the residence, and it is possible to connect to nature trails in no time. The Klínovec ski resort is less than a quarter of an hour away by car, and the German town of Fichtelberg is also within easy reach. The place is excellently accessible from Prague via the D7 highway, and Kovářská has good bus and train connections with the surrounding towns.
