Completion and approval of the house shall be held within four months of signing the contract between the owner and the buyer.

In the village you can find a nursery and primary school, playground, swimming pool, shops, restaurants, pharmacy. Very quiet location with excellent transport links, which will even improve in the future thanks to the planned metro line D.
