The sale of houses in the Na Pramenech residential project, which, once completed, will result in a new neighborhood in Prague 9, is entering its second phase. There are now 17 additional three-bedroom to four-bedroom homes available. The houses in the second phase will be move-in ready in summer 2021.
The Na Pramenech project will be a welcome addition to the Prague housing market at a time when the demand for houses that connect the exterior to the interior can be expected to grow. The fact that clients can purchase a house with its own garden for the current price of an apartment without a balcony or terrace in the wider center of Prague plays a large role in their decision-making process. “The prices of apartments in Prague are already so high that it makes more sense for people to own a smaller terraced house further away from the center,” notes Vanda Böhmová, real estate agent at Svoboda & Williams.
The rough construction of the houses in the second phase was completed in May, and so potential buyers can now view the various layouts offered in the Na Pramenech residential project. The houses in the first phase have roof coverings and the water supply system for the houses in all three phases has been laid. Construction work is therefore continuing according to plan.
The Na Pramenech residential project is an enclosed community of 77 terraced houses with gardens, plenty of green spaces, a kindergarten, and a children’s playground. The neighborhood has been carefully planned in order to create a friendly atmosphere, but still ensure plenty of privacy.
