The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency hired several new employees in the first spring months. The sales and residential rental team both added new members, as did the commercial leasing and marketing teams.
Petra Feřtrová is the residential sales team’s newest property consultant. She is a graduate of the University of Economics and Management Prague. After working in media for 25 years, she decided to switch career paths and entered the real estate industry. Petra speaks English fluently.
Our Private Property Concierge, a newly created position that offers the most demanding clients services that go above and beyond, is Tereza Ulčová. After graduating from University College Prague with a specialization in diplomacy and international relations, she previously held management positions in marketing and the airline industry, and her experience in strategic planning, establishing relationships with clients, leading teams, and crisis management is a great advantage for Svoboda & Williams. Tereza speaks English proficiently.
The marketing team welcomes Tereza Šlápotová, who is now its marketing executive. After finishing her studies at the Business Academy, she worked as a social media manager for the economist Tomáš Sedláček, at David Černý’s Musoleum gallery, and as a PR manager for the Anticorruption Endowment. She is a member of the Czechoslovak Foreign Institute, whose mission is to provide care for Czechs permanently living abroad. Tereza speaks English fluently.
Experienced real estate agent Kateřina Michálková has joined her colleagues in the commercial leasing team as a letting representative. She is a graduate of the business law relations program at CEVRO University and comes to us with a wealth of experience with short-term and long-term property rentals. Like Petra, she is perfectly proficient in English.
Petra Dudová has joined the commercial leasing team as an administrative assistant. After attending hotel school, she worked as a flight attendant for Czech Airlines and also devoted part of her career so far to the restaurant industry. She was a manager at a successful cafe and the Strahov Brewery. Petra speaks English, German, French, and Russian.
