In 2021, the building and all units were renovated. The pleasant interior now features wooden floating floors, large-format tiles in the shower and toilet, and a fully-fitted kitchen. The heating is common for the entire building (the boilers are located in the basement).

Living in the central part of Hostivař offers complete civic amenities and excellent transport accessibility (170 meters to a tram stop).
