The space of the apartment starts with a vestibule with access to the living room through double-winged wooden doors. The living room is connected to the kitchen equipped with custom-made furniture and built-in appliances. The space is complemented by a dining area with a large table that comfortably seats up to eight people. The bedroom is accessible from the hall and kitchen and has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom with a bathtub and toilet is naturally ventilated and lit thanks to two smaller windows. High ceilings of 3.2 m complement the old town atmosphere. The bedroom faces a quiet inner block. The apartment comes with a cellar storage unit.

During its sensitive reconstruction, the original windows, oak parquet floors, and double doors to the living room and kitchen were refurbished. The heating is central, with a preparation for hot water through its own boiler.

The center of Old Town provides all the comforts of urban living. Jakubovo Square is in the vicinity of the apartment building, and the Niva shopping center and Eurovea with restaurants lining the Danube embankment are nearby. The location also provides quick links to public transport, including a bus station with shops and international links. You can easily and quickly reach the historical center of Bratislava on foot.
