This cottage with a sauna and a garden gazebo stands on a large plot of land in a secluded area above the village of Kamýk nad Vltavou. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the mature garden, which is surrounded only by meadows and forests.

The holiday building is located on a slightly sloping plot, in the lower part of which a stream flows. The cottage is fully equipped, including a Finnish sauna. It is secured by a remote-controlled alarm. The terrace offers a lovely view of the mature garden with a gazebo, greenhouse, and the surrounding nature. An asphalt road runs along the property in the direction of Kamýk nad Vltavou.

The building draws water from its own water well, the wastewater is cleaned by a septic tank. A municipal water supply is brought to the border of the property. According to the spatial plan, the plot is used for recreation and, after approval by the relevant institutions, it is possible to divide it and implement the construction of other recreational facilities, including new driveways, pits and drilled wells.

The Benešovská highlands, a tourist-attractive area between the Slapy and Orlík dams on the border of the Sedlčany and Příbram regions, is an ideal place for camping, cycling or wandering along the hiking trails winding through the wooded landscape. A new recreational port for small vessels is being built in Kamýk nad Vltavou, about 40 minutes away from Prague by car. The nearby Zduchovice equestrian resort has several riding areas and is one of the leading organizers of races in the Czech Republic. Celebrations are held every year at the nearby Vrškamýk ruins, and the nearby Hříměždice quarry, which is also a beautiful place for swimming, hosts the World High Jump Championship every summer.
