Strakonice, Čestice

According to the zoning plan, it is a plot of land for rural housing, the division into 5 plots for the construction of family houses and a plot for the access road is approved. The areas of the individual parcels are: 2,492.18 m2, 2,385.10 m2, 863.05 m2, 759.42 m2 and 634.63 m2. The electricity connection and optical cable are already on the property, water will be handled by water wells, waste by domestic sewage treatment plants, and heating according to the building permit by geothermal wells and gasification boilers for wood. The deadline for the completion of the construction is set to 31 December 2027.

Čestice is a town surrounded by a beautiful undulating landscape interspersed with hiking and cycling trails. The dominant feature of the village, where the cultural events are held, is the Stětí sv. John the Baptist Gothic church and a baroque castle with a park. There is also a kindergarten and elementary school, a grocery store and a restaurant operate here, other civic amenities are in Volyně and Strakonice. Čestice has a bus connection with the surrounding settlements.
