ZORA Harrachov

Zora was the goddess of dawn and sunrise. This new project that brings a fresh perspective on mountain living is therefore named after her. It is being built in a quiet area in the popular mountain resort of Harrachov, which can be called the birthplace of skiing in our country. The resort, which still maintains its intimate atmosphere, is located in the middle of the beautiful nature on the border of the Jizera and Krkonoše mountains and offers excellent skiing conditions in a modernized ski area and excellent accessibility from Prague. The completion date is planned for Q3/2027.

About the project
The project will create 2 modern buildings built in a sustainable manner and with maximum respect for local nature and local traditions. There are 32 apartments in building A with layouts ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom, including two-story duplexes. Building B will be completed at the same time as building A, but the apartments will not be for sale yet. Building A will include a common room with a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious ski room will offer practical facilities for storing skis, snowboards, and bicycles. The buildings are located so that they do not interfere with each other, but at the same time form a single unit connected by walkways and landscaped greenery.

Apartments
The size of the apartments ranges between approximately 50 m2 and 111 m2. All units will have a terrace, balcony, loggia, or front garden, and the interiors will be illuminated by large French windows with aluminum frames providing calming views of the surrounding nature. Facilities also include wooden interior doors, vinyl flooring, large-format tiles, underfloor heating, a heat recovery unit, and a preparation for air-conditioning and shading. A cellar is included in the price for each apartment, and a garage space in the basement of the building can be purchased.

Location
Harrachov now boasts a unique snowmaking system, the first of its kind in the world, thanks to which it will be possible to ski here from December to April. In addition, international ski jumping competitions will return to the reconstructed bridges in 2026, and so the entire resort is being gradually modernized. There are cozy cafes offering hot breakfasts, a bakery with famous crispy pastries, and restaurants of all kinds for those who don't feel like cooking. The rich offer of local sports activities is further expanded by the nearby Polish Polana Jakuszycka sports complex, the starting point of cross-country trails connected to the Jizera Main Road. Harrachov is very accessible, the drive from the outskirts of Prague takes about an hour and a half. Direct bus connections are also available.
