• Listing the property with Feelhome using an internal database of inquiries and advertising media (print advertising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, Internet)
• Organizing property viewings
• Providing updates on the progress of the sale
• Negotiating the optimum price during the sale
• Attending meetings and negotiations (with lawyers, mortgage banks, architects)
• Preparing contracts via our legal department in Czech and English (reservation contract, futures contract, sales contract)
• Arranging escrow accounts and attorney or notary escrows (attorney escrow with a cooperating lawyer is included in our fee)
• Completing a draft of the record of ownership
• Delivering all required documents to the Land Registry to record the sale
