BodyPoint Fitness Center

In a new building in the Prague quarter of Libuš there is the BodyPoint Fitness Center offering many group exercise classes for adults, as well as classes for parents with children and classes designated only for children. It is open seven days a week and offers much more than just a possibility for great workout.

On the ground floor of the BodyPoint Fitness Center you can find a large gym where group exercise classes take place all week including pilates, bodyform, belly dancing, Latin dances, group exercises for parents with children, Bosu ball exercises, karate and much more. On the first floor there is a spinning gym where you can try various forms of spinning that you may have never even heard of, such as spin-relax, spin-yoga, spinning classes for beginners and advanced, spinning with muscle training etc. In a smaller gym on the same floor you can enjoy yoga and pilates classes. At the bar on the ground floor you can buy warm and cold beverages, small refreshments, sporting clothes or solarium cosmetics. The expert staff members will gladly advise you on classes that are suitable for you. BodyPoint also features a children’s corner where children can play before or after classes and during morning spinning classes babysitting is provided for a fee of CZK 50 per hour. Classes for children between the age of 3 and 15 include zumba, modern dances, karate, aerobic etc. Parents can take part in group classes for parents with children who are one year and older.

At BodyPoint you can also enjoy the service of a beautician or a solarium. Every Tuesday and Friday you can order for a massage including hot stone massage, face lifting, Hawaii massage Lomi Lomi, relaxing massage, Bali massage, etc. The fitness center features its own parking lot but it is also very well accessible by public transport. In the adjoining building there is a flower shop offering cut flowers, balcony and indoor plants.
