Only six months after its launch on the market, almost half of the apartments in the timeless BERLITA apartment building, which is being built in the center of Beroun, have been sold. The project proves that quality properties outside of Prague but within easy reach of the city are in great demand.
“Unfortunately, living in the center of Prague is unattainable for most people due to the upward tendency of property prices in Prague. However, in the beautiful historic center of Beroun, you can buy an apartment for an affordable price and have the Křivoklát forests or the Czech Karst practically in your back yard,” explains Jan Mráz, head of the team that has been charged with the sale of units in the BERLITA project.
Construction of the BERLITA apartment building began last October and work is continuing according to plan. The underground and above-ground floors of the garage are now complete and the walls of the second above-ground floor are currently being bulit.
Once finished, the BERLITA residential project will consist of 61 studio to three-bedroom apartments. There are currently 32 units for sale, all of which are equipped with large-format windows providing enchanting views of the surrounding area, as well as enviable airiness and an interior connected to the exterior.
Final approval of the building is planned for summer 2022.
