Svoboda & Williams welcomed several new members this spring. The residential sales team, management, and marketing all have new colleagues.
The residential sales team acquired two new Sales Representatives. Alžběta Hochmanová, who has been with Svoboda & Williams since 2019, has a master’s degree in economics. She also studied in Canada and spent a semester in Austria as part of the Erasmus program. Alžběta speaks English fluently and has a basic working knowledge of German and Russian. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors. Matyáš Hložek is currently studying Marketing Communication at the University of Finance and Administration and also composes music and sings. He previously worked as an Account Manager in major media groups and as a personal fitness trainer. Besides his native Czech, Matyáš speaks English and has a basic grasp of German.
In March, Katalin Kis-Szemán joined Svoboda & Williams as Executive Manager. She has been working in the real estate industry for over ten years and was an international coordinator for Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Russia. She also has experience with digital marketing from her time as an Account Manager for the Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets. She speaks several languages fluently, such as Czech, Hungarian, English, and German. When not in the office, she is an attachment parenting ambassador and collects black metal on vinyl.
In June, the Marketing Team welcomed two new colleagues, Digital Media Specialist Sára Kocanová and Graphic Designer Alexandra Široká. Sára has worked in digital marketing for many years, especially in social media management, content creation, and communication strategies, and speaks English fluently. Alexandra studied Graphic Design at Prague College and also worked in digital marketing and photography. She spent a year in the United States and, besides her native Slovak, speaks Czech and English fluently and French at the basic level.
The new receptionist at Offices Unlimited is Vendula Vaculová, who studied at Charles University’s Romance Language Department and is currently studying painting at the Art & Design Institute. Vendula speaks Spanish and English, and has a basic knowledge of French.
