Construction of the Pálavská Brána Project, which is being built in the South Moravian village of Brod nad Dyjí, is continuing according to plan. Currently, the final work on the facades and wood siding is taking place, and so it is possible to get a better idea about how the residential complex will look once it is finished.
The Pálavská brána residential project is being built as an architecturally compact complex consisting of fifteen single-story houses with private rooftop terraces that offer views of the local vineyards and the Pálava Hills. In June, the access road to the houses was almost completed. At present, the majority of the tiling in the bathrooms is almost finished and sanitary ware is being installed.
Only two houses remain for sale. The project is scheduled to be finished in the third quarter of 2021.
