Svoboda & Williams' portfolio will soon welcome 18 unique apartments in the Bílá Růže Residence—a reconstructed historic building right on Kašperské Hory's main square. Šumava's natural tranquility and the lively atmosphere of an old mountain town make the apartments suitable for permanent living, a vacation home, or an investment property.
Magically located next to the town hall and facing the church, the historically significant building has underground Gothic cellars from the 15th century. Formerly a hotel named Bílá Růže, it has a unique Renaissance facade and two wings dating to the second half of the 19th century. Once its costly reconstruction is complete, lost elements will be restored to their former glory, putting a finishing touch to the revitalization of the picturesque square.
The building will offer 18 apartments ranging in size from 36 to 119 sq. m. Carefully refurbished features such as vaulted ceilings, a period stone trough, or exposed beams and bricks combine to create a wonderful atmosphere in each of them. In addition to impressive views of the surrounding hills and town square, the Bílá Růže Residence also offers an enclosed private patio and a pleasant cafe on the ground floor.
