On the basis of an exclusive agreement, the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency is launching the sale of the apartments in the Nová Cihelna residential project. Once completed, it will offer various units for primary or vacation housing in an Old European spa town in the heart of the UNESCO biosphere reserve.
Nová Cihelna is being built on the site of a former brickyard from the 17th century. "The materials, structure, and details on the facades or interior elements reflect the local tradition. We also focused on adding a good amount of greenery to the roofs, facades, and large flower pots," says architekt Michal Kasík from the ArchiSPACE studio.
The residential building will offer a total of 56 apartments and 15 studios, ranging from efficiency to three-bedroom layouts and floor areas from 28 to 120 sq. m. The layouts, size, and arrangement of the apartments give future residents a wide choice of options depending on their needs and possibilities. Each apartment will come with a cellar and a parking space, and most will be extended by a loggia, balcony, terrace, or front garden.
Nová Cihelna is emerging in a green part of Třeboň, within walking distance of the Aurora Spa, the popular Svět Pond, or the lovely historic center. The town lies in a beautifully romantic landscape full of ponds, hiking trails, and bike paths. It's therefore an ideal home base for nature lovers and those who enjoy outdoor sports.
This is one of the many reasons that Třeboň is one of the most sought-after recreational locations in the Czech Republic. "The apartments in Nová Cihelna offer future owners the possibility of owning their own home as well as an interesting investment opportunity with continuous rental income from short-term or long-term rents,“ adds Jan Mráz, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
The completion of the project is scheduled for september 2025.
