Svoboda & Williams’ listings will soon include semi-detached houses for rent in the EVERGREEN residential project, which is emerging in a peaceful location in Prague 8. The first 19 will be available in January 2024.
Living in a family house with a private garden, but without the obligations associated with the purchase of real estate, in a modern garden district ideal for those looking to live in a place with soothing greenery yet with good access to the center of Prague—this is exactly what is offered by the houses that are currently being built in the EVERGREEN residential complex on the northwestern edge of Ďáblice.
“The complex will include 35 rental houses with practical two-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts. With floor areas from 94 do 130 sq. m., they offer enough space for residents’ individual needs, whether this means comfortable family living or with roommates, or having space for working from home or friendly get-togethers,“ says David Šimeček, head of residential rentals at Svoboda & Williams. The houses are rented unfurnished, but an outdoor parking space is included in the rent. The first 19 will be completed in January 2024 and the next 16 will be move-in ready in March 2024.
The EVERGREEN project perfectly combines the advantages of city life and country living. It stands on the edge of Old Ďáblice, which has maintained its historic character, and offers excellent civic amenities and services. Quality international schools are in the immediate vicinity, as is a forest with quiet spots for active relaxation in nature. Another advantage is its good access to the center of Prague via a bus stop a few steps away with regular connections to the Ládví metro station. The drive to Holešovice by car takes only 15 minutes.
