The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency is listing the final remaining apartments in a residential project built on the eastern edge of Barrandov. An exclusive partnership with the interior design brand Ligne Roset offers future owners an extra dose of inspiration.

Svoboda & Williams collaborated with the French furniture band Ligne Roset on a pop-up installation in Barrandez-vous. Products from their premium and distinctive collections, new products from this year’s catalog, and Czech design elements will be on full display in the bright and airy spaces.
“This year, Ligne Roset is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Togo chair, and clients can order from the limited editions created for the occasion until the end of the year,” explains Monika Klimplová, owner of the Czech branch of Ligne Roset. The interior in Barrandez-vous features upholstery by La Maison Pierre Frey inspired by the work of painter Heather Chontos. Ligne Roset has long built its identity on famous artists with distinctive styles. “The only Czech designers that the French company has approached thus far has been the Dechem studio,” adds Monika Klimplová. The fragile beauty of the vases and light fixtures from the Bandaska collection is on full display in Barrandov.
This attractive residential complex offers living amongst greenery, yet within easy reach of the center of Prague. In the immediate vicinity of Barrandez-vous, residents will find a full scale of civic amenities, shops, and services, some of which are located on the ground floors of both apartment houses.
