Sunny Garden

Sunny Garden, a private English preschool is located on a hill in Čimice - Prague 8, from where it is only a short distance to the ZOO or botanical garden.

At Sunny Garden preschool children are taught according to an American curriculum by native speakers with pedagogical practice. All activities are done in English and children learn the foreign language through songs, poems, music, etc., that is by playing, the most effective teaching method in childhood. Children are divided into groups of six per one teacher. In each group there are children of different ages; they learn to cooperate with one another and even actively participate in creating the daily rules of the preschool. Thanks to the multicultural environment children meet with friends from other countries and learn to understand and tolerate people that are not the same as them. At Sunny Garden they also focus on healthy lifestyle – besides organic snacks children learn how to sort waste, talk about ecology and learn to know the nature.

There is a large garden with playground adjoining the preschool where children love to spend time. Tuition for a whole day programme costs CZK 21,490 per month and includes also meals, yoga lessons, trips twice a month and the like. Children can attend the preschool as early as from the age of 2.
