Sunflower

In Prague 4's Modřany, near the Modřany Ravine, you will find the Sunflower English preschool and after-school center.

The Sunflower children's center focuses both on preschool and school-age children. While the smallest ones from 3 to 6 years of age (younger kids upon agreement) attend the English preschool, school-age children from 6 to 10 years are welcome in the afternoon after school program. All activities take place in English and are supervised by highly qualified teachers. The aim of Sunflower is to develop children's English skills in a natural way through play and other interesting activities. Children at Sunflower can play in the villa garden, get involved in various art activities, read and write, learn something interesting about science, and more. Children also get to go swimming in a nearby saltwater swimming pool, located just 10 minutes from the villa. Parents learn about the progress of their child from each child's portfolio, where all their achieved goals are recorded. While learning a foreign language, children acquire self-confidence and certainty that will help them in the further use of the foreign language outside of the Sunflower children's center.
