Na Houpacím Koni Parents and Children’s Center

The Na Houpacím Koni Parents and Children’s Center offers a wide range of classes and courses for children, children and parents, as well as for adults not only from the vicinity of Smíchov.

In the Na Houpacím Koni center you and your children can dance, sing, play musical instruments, exercise, draw, paint and much more. Adults can attend classes of oriental belly dancing, learn how to dance the Bollynatyam, a dance combining traditional Indian dancing with the contemporary movie dances of Bollywood, or apply for any of the other group exercise classes. Some courses must be paid for three months in advance, while others are pay as you go. Clients of the center can visit its playroom anytime during the opening hours – parents can cook a coffee or tea for themselves, while their children are playing with their new friends. Children can easily meet other children here and learn new things, while their parents can chat with other parents and forget about the demanding time spent by taking care of their little ones. From time to time you can also see a theater performance in the center performed by an amateur troupe.

The Na Houpacím Koni family center also operates the St. Prokop Kindergarten, which combines the elements of a Waldorf education, home preschool and an environmentally friendly education.
